Elliot Walters
Managing Director
Elliot co-founded the company in 2008. Elliot has earnt a reputation for building and maintaining successful model portfolios, running a close team to ensure they maintain their professional high standards; delivering an exceptional service and well researched portfolios with a consistent good track record. Elliot has over 30 years’ experience in financial services.
Freya Lawson
Client Administration Manager
Freya has worked in Financial Services for the last twelve years after relocating to Staffordshire from Cambridgeshire. She started work at the company in October 2013 following a company acquisition.
Having progressed through administration, Freya now manages the growing administration team, ensuring the department runs smoothly and the company processes are followed. Other duties involve developing company operations and providing management reports for the board. In addition, she is responsible for allocating all fees and commissions and also for departmental auditing.
Aidan Moran
Compliance Supervisor
Aidan was formerly a Financial Adviser for over ten years. He has worked for around eighteen years in the Financial Services industry, working as an adviser and in technical support roles for a mixture of life companies and Independent Financial Advisers.
He gained his Diploma in Financial Planning in 2012 and is currently working towards the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.
Aidan is currently the Compliance Supervisor, which involves being Training and Competence Supervisor for the company’s seven advisers and providing Compliance and Technical Support. He is also a member of the the company Investment Committee.
Shannon Lynch
Independent Financial Adviser
Shannon is committed to giving her clients the right outcomes and works closely with individuals and families to plan their finances effectively so that they can achieve their lifestyle objectives. She provides honest, frank advice in a way which is easy to understand.
Predominantly dealing with Retirement Planning, Shannon also has a wealth of experience in Investment, Inheritance Tax and Protection planning and always aims to look at the ‘bigger picture’.
Dominic Stephens
Independent Financial Adviser
Dominic has worked for the company for around nine years. He offers advice in all areas of financial planning including pensions, investments, tax planning strategies and protection. He predominantly works with private clients whose portfolios range from £100,000 to £2 million.
He lives in Nantwich and has been married to his wife, Rachael, for six years and has two children, Savannah (five) and Alexia May (four). He loves all sports especially going to the gym, running, football and rugby.
Elenor Walters
Administrator for Elliot Walters
Elenor has been with the company for over ten years. She was a full-time Paraplanner, before she left to have her daughter.
Her current role is Administrator for Elliot Walters, where her responsibilities include organising client appointments, general administration and new business. She holds a Certificate in Financial Planning.
